1st Mate for Mercury SmartCraft Engines
1st Mate Marine Safety and Security System for Mercury SmartCraft Engines is compatible with Mercury SmartCraft engines 40hp and higher manufactured since 2005. System kit includes vessel hub, wire harness, antenna, NFC tag and installation instructions along with captain's fob, wristband and carabiner clip. Passenger wearable fob kits are available separately. Requires 1st Mate mobile app (iOS or Android) to operate*.
The 1st Mate system provides a safe alternative to the traditional mechanical emergency stop switch and lanyard. 1st Mate is not a replacement for personal flotation devices.
